We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including after payment, for reasons including:suspected fraudpricing or listing errorsstock or supplier issues

Refunds will be issued where payment has already been taken.

We act as the retailer, not the manufacturer.

4. Product Categories

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier processing, customs, or courier delays.

We are not liable for delays outside our control once dispatched.

4.2 Digital Products

Delivered via download, account access, or email.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

Strictly prohibited:resaleredistributionsharing accessuploading to third-party platforms

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if misuse is detected.

4.3 Subscriptions

By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments at the stated interval.

Subscription terms (price, billing cycle, content) are disclosed at checkout and form part of this agreement.


5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full before order fulfilment or access to digital content.

6. Delivery & Risk (Physical Goods)

Risk transfers to you upon confirmed delivery.

You are responsible for:providing accurate shipping detailscollecting parcels when delivery is attempted

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Physical Goods

You have 14 days to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Conditions:items must be unused and in original conditionreturn shipping is your responsibility unless faulty

We may deduct from refunds for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

7.2 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
